Watching on CSPAN. It's going to be close. But I don't think President Obama changed anyone's mind.

The next thing is the first vote -- TAA -- need 217 to pass (I think). If it fails, might not go to second vote. However, not ruled out. Pelosi is voting against both.

But then they voted on the TPA anyway and it pssed. But it can't go to the President without the TAA.
I think they're going to revote on the TAA but I am honestly a little confused right now
