Big kiss to Jeb on NPR this morning

I seldom listen to them anymore, usually during the morning groom.

So this morning I heard big old smacker to Jebbie going on. Has to be Fox News contributor Mara Liasson.
Sure and it was. Damn, Bush sounded soooo good!

Lord I wish there were something decent on terrestrial radio. NPR makes me cringe anymore, but it is the only thing on terrestrial radio around here worth listening to.

Maybe one of the liberal news folk on NPR will - what am I saying, there is no such thing.

1. It is one of the things that depresses me most about the “media”.

I usually chime in on NPR threads to thank the universe that my local NPR station, WNYC, has a lot of great independently produced shows every day. I don’t listen to Morning Edition or All Things Considered anymore. I don’t mind the “hosts” being civil to their guests but there is so much GOP ass-kissing going on that if Jeb farted, Mara would go deaf.

4. Given that his big brother spent eight long years seeding NPR with wingnuts, this should not be

surprising.

There are a lot of those same sorts of assclowns who transitioned between 2004 and 2009 from "appointed" to "civil service" positions at a number of cabinet agencies--Justice being one of them (get rid of everyone with a Liberty University law degree and the problem would be three-quarters solved in that agency...).

5. Not only that, but they also suggested that Republicans have multiple "replace" alternatives

for the ACA that are ready for implementation once the SC strikes the current law down. Of course, EVERY LAST ONE of these alternatives is COMPLETELY CREDIBLE!

6. Jeb has been anointed by NPR's corporate funders. He's swimming in their boatloads of cash.

His campaign is floundering, so it's up to the corporate/state media to try to rescue him and prop him up -- not unlike what they did for his brother.

So expect to hear how the Dems are weak and the repukes are so strong. No one will buy ad time if it's a blowout.
