He fell in a service station bathroom in Northern California. As he lay in the muck of the bathroom floor, unable to reach his crutches or pull himself up, Expensive Boots appeared, looked down at him, said "someone should help this guy" and walked out. That, my cousins said, is a compassionate conservative.
