Ted Cruz is absolutely SKEWERING the SCOTUS right now on the senate floor.

I didn't take notes. He called them "lawless"... accused them of being part of Obama's team.

Get rid of the "lawless SCOTUS" starting with Roberts and Kennedy.

Replacements would make it a 6-3 majority for progressives. If Scalia drops dead and Thomas follows, 8-1 supermajority.

Alito would be left and the only conservative "voice".
