It was really profound. It was really a prayer for America.
(Not to mention the singing! : ))
At the end, the ministers, in their closing prayers, referred to him as "Reverend President".
Oh, yeah.

himself into this issue.

But they cant say it out loud because to do that would mean they have to admit the killings were about race.

Pretty humbling, that we are being taught how to be human through the tragedy.
What a beautiful tribute

when he stared signing Amazing Grace I couldn't stop the tears. That is the song my mother requested for her funeral. The most moving speech I ever heard. The Republican's heads are exploding today, I love it.

Transcript is here, too. (though I imagine that whitehouse.gov will have a transcript in more readable form)

This is the whole funeral (4 1/2 hours!!). The Obamas arrive at around 2 hours 45 minutes/3 hours (even here, you can see the president singing along to the hymn "Get on Board".
The president himself begins to speak about 1/2 hour later.

This is maybe the best speech I've ever heard. I was in tears at several points.
Magnificent.

I am proud of this country right now, proud to live in a country that has Mr. Barack Obama as president. I just put up my 2008 Obama-Biden yard sign to show my solidarity and happiness.

has carried more hate on his shoulders than President Obama. But he is filled with the grace of God so he journey's on knowing he is an instrument of both hope and change. Today, SCOTUS said LGTB folks have equal protection under the law and may marry and have the benefits of marriage just like straight folks. As a straight folk, I'm so filled with joy. It means we have broken through another barrier of hate. Yes it has been a great day for humankind.
