(54,770 posts)follow the progress of any suits under the ISDS on the internet, read the reasons for the suit, how it was certified to proceed (whether it qualifies for action under the ISDS), read decisions, read what arbiters/judges were selected (one by the corporation, one by the country, and one by mutual agreement of the two parties), the decision, how any awards of damages are apportioned, etc.
It's more transparent than a SOCTUS decision, and a lot more democratic too.
I do agree unions don't have an opportunity to use the tribunals in foreign countries (at least under the trade agreement), but then if the so-called International unions actually acted International, they might under other laws.
