Appreciation thread for my congressman, Rep. Ted Deutch (re: Florida voting purge)

Representative Deutch helped bring attention to the most recent attempt to purge voting lists in Florida, which likely was the ultimate contributor for Bush's "victory" in Florida in 2000 and as a result, the presidency.

In terms of style, Representative Deutch is soft-spoken and isn't an attention hog (unlike a certain neighboring soon-to-be-ex Congressman of the 22nd District who shall remain nameless for the time being). But he stepped up for what was right and has made it a national story, and for that, we should be thankful.
