5. We have a LOT of people watching this election. Thousands protecting the rights of WI citizens.

That's why rather than trying to go rogue and monitor, work with one of the many groups who are well-trained and have hotlines and attorneys on call. The ACLU, DPW, OFA-WI, League of Women Voters, they ALL have teams working this election to maintain integrity.

On Wisconsin.

Props to Lena, but the best she can hope for in a maneuver like this is that 2 years from now someone might get fined.

8. The PDF linked to in the OP gives an originating number for some of the misleading calls

Notably, two blatantly false tactics have been employed by groups or individuals that seemingly would support Governor Walker's campaign. One group or individual is informing citizens, who in the exercise of their constitutional rights signed a recall petition, that they need not vote today as they have already accomplished their work. A second group or individual, calling from telephone number 608-257-8029, has indicated to citizens that the recall election is on Wednesday. Both of these assertions are blatantly false and constitute the commission of an election-related crime.

If you Google that number you'll find a number of links from before today claiming that it's used by Walker or by the Republican Party for election calls.

It shouldn't be difficult for a subpoena to determine the owner of that number.

In the link, from June 2, a blogger claims to have received a number from that call with the caller ID showing "Republican Party".
