Racine WI is running out of ballots at 2 polling places.

IIRC Racine Co. went for Walker in a pretty big way back in 2010. And Racine went for Walker by a couple hundred out of 3000 votes or so.

Anyone from there who can interpret what this might mean?

That is in Paul Ryan's congressional district. Its hard to say what high turnout means but its likely good for Democrats.

She said that her brother is voting for the first time in his life-at the age of 42. She said he's not the only one she's heard who planned on voting today and every one of them hates the governor.

She said that the city of Racine itself is heavy Dem. It sounds like a positive development to me.

A big turn out, especially one like today's "unprecedented" turn out can only favor Dems. Even in Rep strongholds, because Reps already vote in high numbers.
