(7,906 posts)2. It's breaking my heart as well.
But I can't ignore it, no matter how much it hurts.
I find that most often the right things to do, are also the hardest things to do.
The pain and anger is sometimes so intense I want to pull back, but what really gets me down is the feeling of futility. My struggle is always to focus the anger into doing something positive, to get beyond the helplessness into some type of action.
