Cop in murder of Castile, said in communication dispatch that Castile looked like a robbery suspect cause of his wide nose. Then pulled them over. So of course it was not so called broken taillight .it was an excuse to pull him over.

That is a completely different mindset than if it really was just a routine traffic stop due to some deficiency with the vehicle.
Don't take this in any way as a defense of the cop's actions, by the way. It's not. Just trying to understand why he so quickly went over the edge.
While I think the cop certainly needs to face consequences for his actions - and what about the other cops there, and not rendering aid? that is the part that REALLY blows my mind about this event - I think that this shows a real failure of training, and possibly psychological screening, in that police department. He shouldn't have gone so completely off the rails just because he thought he might be dealing with a robbery suspect. An officer who is going to get that tensed up and hair-trigger in that situation, maybe shouldn't be an officer at all.
