(63,221 posts)2. I wouldn't doubt it - The decaying infrastructure here is pretty
scary. The subways feel like they are about to cave in and you just generally get the impression that everything is falling apart. I'm kind of glad I am moving to Boston in a few weeks. NYC doesn't seem to invest much in infrastructure repair, but you see new development popping up in all the hot new neighborhoods.
