make a decision to charge somebody if the FBI is not recommending charges? I know that they probably technically could but, again, why????

brilliant stroke by him, yes? he took the onus on her by meeting with her. she, then, said, in accordance with the principle of avoiding the mere hint of impropriety, I'll accept whatever recommendation Comey makes....thereby putting it all on him.

and the best part is, the congresstwits are either choosing to ignore that point, by grilling her over individual talking points, or just trying to garner publicity with their endlessly repeated grilling.....and this has just started.

she's going to basically take the fifth, reiterating to these greebs that she didn't make the decision, that she took their recs unequivocally.
