the recession so wages would fall and the rich could be even richer is the root cause of why there are bad, untrained people who should never have been cops on the streets too. Multiple ways in which being republican is anti-police.

If you expect people to put their lives on the line and be professional: vet them, train them and pay them!
Our little bitty city police force ( which merged with the county Sheriff's dept several years ago) was paying their 8-10 cops minimum wage!
