MSNBC alternative?

I work at home, and used to enjoy having MSNBC on in the background as I liked to get the news with a generally liberal or at least open minded perspective. As most have noticed, that has changed dramatically recently, to the point where I really can't watch anymore. (For example, they constantly refer to Hillary's 'lies' regarding her emails, when it was revealed during Comey's testimony that she was in all likelihood not lying.)

I would love recommendations for other sources of political news...if there are any. I don't really enjoy radio call-in shows, since I'd rather listen to the news, or at least knowledgeable people discussing the news. Something that I can stream online would be preferable. Thanks in advance!!

Both are really good. Amy Goodman and Cenk Uygur.

Take your pick, hopefully both.

I still love Rachel and download her audio podcast every night. It's the geek in me.

I am a huge Cenk fan.

But the daytime MSNBC lineup is just depressing.

Only Rachel, who still posts her nightly audio only podcast, the only one MSNBC does.

I would love to hear Lawrence O'Donnell, or Chris Hayes, or Joy Reid as well. Sadly, MSNBC only provides Rachel, or maybe thankfully.

bashing Hillary, and you want to hear a left-wing channel that is also virulently anti-Clinton.

People like Thom Hartmann, Cenk Uyger and Amy Goodman bring a sense of smugness to their anti-Hillary bias that the MSM would be embarrassed to display.

Enjoy!

I know RT is a Russian channel. But I end up watching the 30 minutes of Ed then switching over to MSNBC.

than FOX (and even CNN) that you will get some real news if you watch it.
NPR, Democracy Now!, and PBS Newshour are as close as we can find for unbiased and real news on TV.

I used to listen to Ed and Randi (before she lost her shit). It used to keep me sane. I don't know of any alternatives now.
