A few examples:

The 1993, Waco seige began when David Koresh's Branch Davidian sect murdered four ATF officers. This in turn lead to the death of 76 people, and later, the Oklahoma City Bombing by two other right-wing heroes.

In 1994, Watergate Felon and right wing hate radio personality G Gorden Liddy encouraged listeners to go for a head shot when confronting ATF officers.

In 2014, two Clive Bundy disciples ambushed and killed two police officers at a Las Vegas restaurant and killed a 3rd person before taking their own lives. Witnesses say they heard the shooters state "this is the start of a revolution," after the officers were shot. The slain officers were allegedly draped in Gadsden flags by the shooters. Right wing nut, and apparent source of many Trump's bizarre conspiracy theories claims that this was all staged by Sen. Harry Reid.
