The problem with having Melania personify the "good immigrant"

If the idea was to prove that Trump really, really loves "good immigrants" he was in trouble even before her speech eff up. A poor immigrant who came here seeking a better life in America couldn't possibly relate to Melania. And an immigrant whose skin is darker wouldn't look at her and relate. I don't want to demean Melania for being beautiful, which she is, and she shouldn't be judged or disparaged on her looks. But if Donald is thinking people are going to relate to Melania because she's had her own "immigrant experience" he is more demented than I thought.
