Trump's bad deal:

"I can run three branches of government like I run golf course projects or raise kids -- have someone else -- preferably somebody else -- do it. My deal is the safest for you for your kids' future!"

I have no time for pipedreams and deontological absurdities.

Any time anyone says "I can't support candidate X because they did Y" the answer is always your last clause.

Yes I've heard all the windy protests about principles and the cliches about "the lesser of two evils". What I've never heard is how principles can govern if they cannot be elected and precisely what the objection is to lesser evil when greater evil is the only other choice.
