(2,307 posts)It has been a long time since I have see Candy Crowly at one time she pretended to be a reporter. Her contract must be coming to an end and hoping for a jump to FOX.

(8,994 posts)Cosby's message to African Americans has been to pull themselves up by their own bootstraps, minus the whole "eliminate welfare and to hell with the working class" combo that infests Republicanism.
I always wondered where he would fall ultimately, and now it's obvious, he'll never be a Herman Cain or Allen West. Although he has achieved a lot more than either, even if not by means of sheer wealth.
If he ran for office I believe he would steamroll the GOP by stealing their family values.

(1,707 posts)I know Cos can come up with some wicked stuff, but he hit that one right on the bulls eye. Candy wanted him to give her some black on black dirt and she didn't get it. She wanted him to tell her how President Obama has not lived up to the expectations of black people and how disappointed they are in his performance. I laugh because black people, like no other, know that the deck is stacked against them and their failure is entertainment for some. The repugs have not, and will not recover from the knowledge that the America they trusted to not elect a black man actually did it. They thought they could run a lizard and win against a black man. There are those who would NEVER under any circumstances vote for one. However, it happened, he's magnificent, he's trying his damnedest to do what is best for everyone and they hate him for who he is and what he dares to try to do.
Thanks Bill.
