I thought it was fantastic. It's over 30 minutes long, and Stewart really puts the blame where it needs to be for the corrosive nature of political debate and the gridlock in Washington on the Republican Party, and really shines some light on the lies Rubio and others in the GOP are pushing. I especially loved his line about Republicans having simplistic, rigid ideological viewpoints on almost every issue unless it's personal for them, then it's a more nuanced standpoint (think Rubio on immigration, Cheney on gay marriage, McCain on torture). It's a really good interview, if you have a spare half-hour on you:

(28,368 posts)I saw the show last night & want to see the rest of the interview.
I don't think Rubio is very smart. At least not smart enough to be a US Senator. I look at him, watch him, and listen to him & I can't help think there is some blockage in his brain. His drive for power combined with his stupidity makes him the perfect unprincipled patsy to be bought & sold.
I see this in several serving in Congress, including Paul Ryan.
I wish this weren't so, but it's how I feel.
Makes me sad .............

(28,925 posts)All they have to do is march in-step with what their
corporate rightwing masters want. It does take a
special brand of dumb sociopathy to do that.
Some Dems do that as well, but mostly Reeps.
