Charles Barron won't accept landslide loss (NY-8)

State Assemblyman Hakeem Jeffries trounced City Councilman Charles Barron in a shwondown for Brooklyn’s 8th Congressional District.

With 54% of precincts reporting, the Associated Press deemed Jeffries the easy winner, 75% of the vote to Barron’s 25%.

Addressing his supporters, Barron called for a recount and said he would not be calling Jeffries to congratulate him on the win.

If he wants a recount, he is going to have to convince a judge. Good luck with that considering the landslide results.

Good riddance. Someone who considers Robert Mugabe and Muammar Gaddafi to be heroes has no place in Congress.
