Even from the conservatoid point of view. So I don't know if the ruling would necessarily translate.

There is no question that the State of Massachusetts has the power to force its citizens to engage in commerce in a private market. The question regarding the Health Insurance Company Enrichment Act is whether the Federal government has that power.

We shall soon see.
