Is this a virus or a hacker, do you think? There were 2 attachments, which I didn't touch with a 10

I got this in my work email. I didn't send it to the recipient listed.

for spam. They do that because they do not care about any email response, they want you to click on a link, so they lie about how to respond to the mail in order to avoid scrutiny.

things are sent like this and they want you to click the attachment to install a virus or whatever.

Sometimes I get these, but the recipient I sent it to is listed. Anyway, you can just delete it, because if it were a valid recipient, they will try again anyway.
