but my first reaction was if it's a tax than it's better than a mandate.
on the way to a system like most of the rest of us have (Canada) - we pay for our health care with taxes.
I will wait to read more on this but I think this is better than it could possibly be if it didn't go to the Supremes and if this decision wasn't made
