Anthony Kennedy again shows that his credentials in the MSM as a "moderate" or "swing voter" in the SCOTUS are overblown. He voted against the mandate. He rarely sides with the liberals. He's a right-wing libertarian.

Regardless of Roberts' vote, the court has 5 rabid conservatives and 4 liberals of varying degree.
