being the first "scholar" on the air during the SC arguments saying that he was convinced the mandate would be struck down based on the "hard" questions being asked of the Solicitor General. He was also pretty damned sure the act itself was unconstitutional.

Anderson Cooper should bring that up with video the next time they chat.
