Simplest Answer to the ACA "tax" charge

that will be coming from the right:

You ONLY have to pay the tax if you choose to remain uninsured!

You have health coverage now, through employer or otherwise? NO TAX--it does not apply to you

The meme from the right will be "Obama raised your taxes, the Supreme Court said so!"

but, to keep it simple in this soundbite age, it doesn't apply to the overwhelming majority of people and only becomes a tax if one essentially chooses to opt out.
