Strange dissent.

Roberts said the constitutionality of the healthcare plan was not based on the commerce clause.
It's based on the ability to tax clause.
The dissent complains that it gives too much power to the commerce clause.

How could it define the commerce clause if the constitutional basis isn't about the commerce clause?

Sounds like the dissenters are just parroting Fox News and aren't judging the thing by it's merits at all.
We'll hear a lot more from the RW about this in the coming months I'm sure.

Romney declares he will kill the law (of course) but he would need a majority House and 60% of the Senate, now that the filibuster is the standard way of doing business, thanks to our buddies, the Republicans.
