Is this a green shoot of new life in a burnt out forest?

There are a few sprigs starting to take root, the largest is the President himself. If we can nurture and protect them from being crowded out by the weeds, the forest will be reborn and we'll even be able to survive even with an undergrowth of thorns and bushes.
