(3,894 posts)even if we really hate someone, we're not supposed to charge a child or a grandchild with the crimes and/or associations of their fathers or grandfathers.
I don't see this a relevant unless there's clear indication that Scalia participated at some point.

(2,479 posts)Not so worried about grandfather, or father. But when they make Fascist rulings, then you've got to start wondering if he fell far from the tree, and if his upbringing didn't steep quite a bit of the philosophy in with it.
Starting with Bush, more of a Fascist leader. Any other court might have allowed the state ruling to stand, or even ruled for Gore based on the confusion/corruption blooming out of the Florida 2000 election. Or maybe because the country actually voted for Gore. But nope, they chose the fascist, and installed him in office.
