What do you think people can be motivated by?

One of the most important questions any society, nation or system has to work out is what is needed to motivate people to, frankly, get out of bed each morning and put some sort of effort into doing something...anything, really.

This major determinant of how a society, nation, or system treats people and what that society, nation or system chooses to value or devalue.

It should be something all of us are thinking about, at some level.

I think a lot more money should be focused on giving everyone access to counseling services to deal with self esteem and relationship issues.
