So I'm watching CSPAN - and seeing a current vote to refer the contempt to Oversight & Gov't Reform

committee.

I think it should die a permanent death there.

Right now the vote is at 87-74 with 3:43 left.

If the vote favors the Ayes, without a quorum, will it be referred there and the matter dead as hell?

they have taken the lead, with almost 50 more Repugs than Dems yet to vote.

They have a quorum, and the GOP has the votes to kill the recommital motion and move on to the contempt vote.
