So tell me, would you arrest your boss for Attorney Generaling while black?

Basically nothing happens. They're now voting on going to court to get the rest of the documents. If precedent is upheld, Issa and Co. will be told by the courts to pound sand.

The court has upheld Executive privilege in certain circumstances and rejected it in others.

Those types of documents have been held under Executive Privilege for decades. Bush asserted executive privilege over the same sort of documents numerous times.

Nixon used that argument in Watergate and the court rejected it. He said the conversations were internal deliberations with his aides.
