Basically nothing happens. They're now voting on going to court to get the rest of the documents. If precedent is upheld, Issa and Co. will be told by the courts to pound sand.

(1,055 posts)Those types of documents have been held under Executive Privilege for decades. Bush asserted executive privilege over the same sort of documents numerous times.
