OK DU legal experts

Are there any legal precedents established today that could facilitate an even more conservative court?
Did Roberts have his cake and eat it in conservative terms?

I'm delighted that the Act is constitutional and that Pres Obama won but nothing in past decisions suggests that Roberts should be trusted?
