She pointed out that Teddy's approach was that when you have a victory in front of you, take it. Obama, Pelosi and Reid and the Democrats who voted for ACA did just that. I am proud of them and am sure that Teddy is as well.

He was truly one of the best, ever, and his wise voice is missed, especially now. I visited his grave at Arlington last year.
