Who or what is Milestone ?

I have noticed a lot of postings "by Milestone"..but I have no idea of who/what it is and it's bugging my (just a small bug).

next to his name as well? Weird, that milestone, huh?

Ok. Just kidding. It happens when the thread has reached a milestone of 25 posts, I believe. Those posts get the arrow and kicked to the top for exposure. I think this is what happens. It is how it appears to me.
