Was talking to an older couple in the elevator of my parents' seniors building. I told them I posted

on an american blog. They said they were so thrilled you guys now officially have at least some form of health care. Just to let you know we are thinking of you here in Canada. Everyone I've talked politics with here is thrilled.

Thanks for those nice words.
Spent some time in your lovely country in the early 90s.
I have been wanting to move there ever since. Mrs. Lib says no!
Tomorrow I will hear your anthem a few times - a song I just love.

here. When our country grows up, maybe we'll be just as tolerant as Canada.

We are thrilled that the mandate passed the Supreme Court...

And remember here in Canada, it took a very long time and many changes before our present Health Care system emerged..

Well done, and to hell with the Neanderthals.

He is Donald Sutherland's father in law, if any of you baby boomers (like me) remember him as a movie star. His son Kiefer has done a message on universal health care.

Are you even in Canada? I think not!

Tip 1 - You claim to be in Canada, but everyone knows the Canadians hate their HealthCare system.

Tip 2 - You claim there are old Canadians, come on, like we don't know the Death Panels have killed them off.

Go back under the bridge you troll.

hate that I had to add that but got alerted and shot down by a jury a couple weeks ago for a similar sarcastic post. Now I have some F bomb posts that I could take a hit for, but straight sarcasm is ridiculous.

The attorney who sits directly in back of my cubicle is from Italy and when he heard the news on Thursday, he came over and high-fived me.
