There are 25 sealed indictments at this time.
These are apparently coming from the Eastern District of Virginia.
They are sealed at this time, and will very likely become unsealed, according to Taylor, when "discovery" phase is complete.

(20,709 posts)My assumption was it was just another person on twitter saying random things, but based on this there may be something to Claude Taylor.

He has been tweeting this for some time. I'm just to lazy to scroll past may 8 to find his tweets.

Looks like he started tweeting about Grand Juries Apr 28
I take these things as twitter rumors but he does seem to be somewhat in the know

(11,101 posts)The "discovery phase" is the exchange of evidence between the parties after a case has commenced. If there are indictments that are sealed, which is often the case in an ongoing investigation, there is obviously no discovery being exchanged between the government and the defendants at that point. It's certainly possible that he just doesn't understand the terminology he's using, but presumably any credible source he has at Justice would not make such an error.
