An Olive Branch to those I have clashed with on DU
With disagreements about the strategies and direction of the Democratic Party, intensely personal reactions to the previous election, and personal over reactions to negative feed back to my posts, i know I have alienated a few passionate people here on DU. I would like to sincerely apologize for my contributions to those feelings and am vowing to be a uniter moving forward.
In seeing what Trump said yesterday in his speech to the Boy Scouts, I believe we are in even greater danger as a nation that I thought. I'd like to put the past behind us and completely unite before it's too late. That was absolutely stunning.
