Trump is waiting until after the health care vote to fire Sessions.
That's my guess.
He doesn't want to alienate senators prior to their vote.

The Senate has to approve whomever he appoints as a replacement for Sessions.
I'm pretty sure they won't approve anybody, so it's all moot.
Everybody knows what's going to happen next.
