There will be no recess appointments. Obama made appointments during a pro forma sessions and SCOTUS said it was unconstitutional.

Do you need a law degree? Lepage is a former discount store chain ceo, no law experiance, but I may be wrong.

Trump could fire Sessions and the Senate could refuse to hold confirmation hearings indefinitely, leaving Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in charge of everything.
