NEW sig for me

I've taken politics out. I'm gearing up for volleyball season. Several extended family members are in the hunt for scholarships. 🏐

My former dentist went to a different office to be closer to home. My new dentist played for a top 25 division I school. 🏐

I gave up my season tickets this year because of my health problems after 30 years. The volleyball team will be a contender again this year.

.

She selected a Top 40 college, in Mass., after confirming that she could take courses at other institutions while matriculated, as long as she received pre-clearance for the classes. Her tuition and Room & Board was $60K a year. She chose Spring admission.

She applied to a state university and another competing private in-state college that offers competitive scholarships to disuade students who are choosing between the two schools. She was offered an $18K scholarship for each of her four years.

She took that scholarship offer letter to her Top 40 choice and they matched it, dropping her yearly costs to $42K, which is still a lot.

She took County College courses in Summer and in the Fall semester of her first year, takig advantage of a delayed Spring admission, and Summer of the two following years.

She graduated in 2.5 years at the Top 40 school with a double major. Now she's in the UK, getting her Masters at an International Top 10 school for a combined cost, including a private studio apartment, of $30K... "Thanks Brexit for giving her an $8K refund!"

If your relatives add a sports scholarship to that, they'd be in like Flint.
