GOP Support for Trump Is Starting to Crack

He may decide to send a rude little message to Congress by refusing to sign or by a direct veto. We shall see. But, he got the message, I have no doubt. We still don't trust Russia, it seems, in Congress.

To veto it and have it overridden or to not veto it and have to deal with the ramifications of capitulation in the view of others. a lovely lose/lose situation for him, something that's rarely presented.
