Steve Bannon, President Donald Trumps former chief strategist and campaign chairman, ensured that New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) would never obtain a cabinet position in the White House after the governor allegedly showed insufficient loyalty to Trump in the wake of Access Hollywood 2016 tape leak. Christie didn't heed Omarosa Manigault's warning when she said Every critic, every detractor, will have to bow down to President Trump, she said. "Its everyone whos ever doubted Donald, who ever disagreed, who ever challenged him. It is the ultimate revenge to become the most powerful man in the universe.
Bannon, Manigault and Trump are disgraces to the human race.

(46,312 posts)Christie's "loyalty" or lack thereof didn't have as much impact as the fact that, as NJ Federal Prosecutor, he humiliated, prosecuted, convicted, and imprisoned the father of the husband of Ivanka Trump. Do you think for a millisecond that Jared Kushner would stand for Christie to get a pay-off by his father-in-law for destroying his family -- or do you think Christie was even missed when they boarded the plane that week-end?
The glue that binds Bannon, Manigault, and Trump is delusion and egomania.
