And deliberately misunderstand's Kurt's point.

It was a sharp simple winning salvo toward TRUMPLAND. If you don't get it vote for Trump again.

I remember at my old office in California watching the paramedics and police haul the same native born 'murican drug addicts away almost daily while we fought fruitlessly to get H-3 visas for some graduating foreign students who wanted some American work experience to go with their UC degrees.

Do we have to denigrate one group of people to uplift another? "methers"- a term the use of which doesn't reflect very well on Eichenwald - suffer from addiction, an illness. It doesn't help the argument for DACA in the least.

Using meth.

It is an uncomfortable truth that our immigrant population, legal and otherwise of very often more productive and contributing than the native born. I grew up surrounded by refugees from South Vietnam and Iran along with a bunch of angry white assholes. People who fled Iran through the mountains to Turkey on foot and climbed over the embassy wall in Saigon were lapping the angry white assholes within a couple years of arriving here with nothing but the sincere thanks of the United States government for their support of the puppet regime. The US government put them up in apartments for a few months and that was it.
