Southern Baptists have a fleet. I think Red Cross does too. A local grocery store chain in Texas took food trucks into affected areas (HEB).

What I learned from Harvey in Texas is the importance of boats and flying transportation! Supply trucks were ringed around Houston for days, waiting for the waters to recede so that they could drive on the roads again!
