Does Trump's Head Look Blotchy and Bloated ?

I mean more than ususal ? i do try to avoid looking at him so maybe this isn't anything new . he also seems to talk in a almost slurring way sometimes. or that's how it comes off to me.

he doesn't drink so what could it be ?
