Said McCain: Nothing has changed. If McConnell wants to put it on the floor, thats up to McConnell. I am the same as I was before. I want the regular order.

(58,785 posts)"destroying jobs," "causing millions to go uninsured," "must be repealed," etc., along with all the other ALEC-approved lines being recited by fellow Repub villains. His "position" can be whatever he wants to claim it is.
Many experts believe he'll now vote to kill the ACA, his "rule of order" just tossing a cloak of fake respectability over his caving to the demands of the big dark money donors. We'll see.

(10,118 posts)If McCain can convince Lindsey to back away gracefully by saying the bill still needs some work and needs to be re-examined before passage, Ameicians have a chance. If the bill makes it to the floor, McCain will not let Lindsey fail, and Americans lose.
