he's no dumb jock.

He also dedicates a lot of his off time working with local law enforcement, trying to help the police violence problem.

There are a lot of sensitive, intelligent, articulate, and community-minded sports heroes in this world. They recognize that they have the means and the media spotlight available to effect positive change. Trump is just a dumb, no-talent thug, nothing more.

I am not really a sports fan, but I have been impressed with the intelligence and compassion that some of our sports heroes have demonstrated lately and my respect for them as agents of cultural change has greatly increased. They have shown themselves to be a force for good in this country.
