Assuming that everything goes right with the 96-hour onload, the soonest the Comfort can deploy is Saturday.
THEN it will take up to 5 days to get there.

before Maria struck? It's not exactly like it was a surprise.

so it takes about a week to get it ready to get underway. Additionally, the medical staff is not permanently assigned and has to be identified and gathered from all over America. And finally, it has to be restocked with perishable food and medical supplies.
